Business Model Toolbox & Generation Support
Welcome,
This is where the users of Business Model Toolbox are coming together , sharing ideas for how to make Toolbox better.
Run into a feature that you’d like? Got something you need to be able to do? If your idea wins the hearts of other toolbox users and the core-team, we’ll put it and your name as the originator of the feature in the next update.

Integrate (export) into a Prezi presentation
Would be nice if one could export the canvas into a slide presentation such as Prezi, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote...etc One could also export the notes as well.

Intergrate with Customer value canvas
I use the Bmc for business models and the customer value canvas to describe value propositions in more detail - both frameworks are visual and it would be great if you could make the app support both
Thanks

Multi colored post-its
Some of my customer segments shares the same value or channel. Would save a lot of space and make it simpler if i could multi color some of the post-its.

include Public Sector cost and income modelling...
The public sector spending accounts for a value close to 40% of GDP in the UK. With budgets shrinking and no desire, or ability to increase the tax base new innovative models are required to unlock opportunities in this sector. Could a version of the Business Model Toolbox be tailored for public sector accounting, e.g. not for profit,, but rather a '[minimise-cost' model

Use Different Board Layouts
I think the "post-it" engine that is used for dropping the notes into sections on the board is definitely the best implementation I have seen on the iPad.
I think it would be great if we could use the same engine, for for different layouts (I would be willing to pay a $ or two for different layouts).
For example:

Needs market share growth over time.
It seems as though the only option is to enter your predicted market share in year one, or your maximum predicted market share.

develop plans based on the current business environment.
the tool box asks questions regarding you business environment
the applications helps you answer and organise key business/economic environment questions
you can change business environment elements to develop differennt scenarios
Then, you can develop different business model canvases for different scenarios

Snap to Grid
It would be nice if a grid system was implemented so that you can keep a post-it in line with others both vertically and horizontally.

Enter the variable cost based on cost factor itself.
Enter the variable cost based on cost factor (overhead cost, production cost, etc), not linked to customer segment (which should create revenue).
